The school recruits only bachelor's degree and master's degree holders for its teaching staff. Non teaching staff are a mixture of degree, diploma and certificate holders, depending on their responsibilities. The school is managed by a competent Management Team, an Advisory Board and a Board of Directors.

In our usual mood to always win, Adonaibest education centre senior category students emerged 1st and 3rd position in Africa Mathematics Projects Competition(AMPC) on 20th August 2023.
Where 1st posittion was Awarded to Humphrey Daniel Otouyea, with a cash prize of one
hundred thousand naira(₦100,000) and 3rd position also awarded to Favour Somtochukwu with a cash prize of Fifty thousand
naira(₦50,000)
1st posittion was Awarded to Samuel Sophia, with a cash prize of one hundred thousand naira(₦100,000) and 2nd position also awarded to Tobechukwu hillary Viali with a cash prize of seventy five thousand naira(₦75,000) both of Adonaibest education centre Junior secondary school
